How do I know which bike size is right for me?
We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability. Our support team is also available for personalized consultations.
Will my bicycle arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and components that have been installed cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Spoken Cycles ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What kind of warranty comes with a Spoken Cycles frame?
All our proprietary frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against structural defects for the original owner. Components and suspension parts are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment's progress in real-time.
